As of this writing, this posse is currently unplayable, as slot 2 requires something called a "Union Belle" which does not currently exist in the game.
As an independent boss, he is a BEAST though. Although one of the most expensive single model units in the game, he's got incredibly high rerollable grit, inspiration, and probably the most powerful shooting attack in the game.
