I would probably have the tank commander drive the Valdor, and I would keep the command secion within 6" of it (preferably hidden behind it) so that it would be firing at BS5
The vanquisher and the commander's dracosan are back-up anti-tank hard target killers. the flametank simply melts anything with a 3+ armour save pretty much anywhere it damn well pleases. The two russ battle tanks are general purpose but designed to pound on any infantry trying to hold objectives, while the veletaris are your objective grabbers, riding up to the enemy frontline to deliver demolisher cannon and volkite to anyone trying to stand on their objectives. Some obvious weakness vs air-power, but with the large number of S6 multilaser shots spread across the army, they SHOULD be able to bring down a flyer if necessary. The list uses no special characters or units so can be fielded as either traitor or loyalist.
